I for one LOVE to weigh in daily.
It doesn't make me go crazy at all. I expect weight to go up and down and I found interesting to see the changes.
I have an app called "happy scales" that gives me my moving average. So I always know what my "true weight" is.
And I found it encouraging to WI daily for those reasons. It would be upsetting to WI on a low one week and on a higher spike the next. Cause it would show no loss when you have actually lost some.
Also in my line of work you can't control what you don't measure. So I do it for my weight too 😋
