hi everyone. happy with 600gm loss this week. 73.1 kg now, so close to my first goal of 10 kgs loss. !!! I have not been going to the gym 5 days a week as I was at first, mostly 3 days a week,, but I guess running around after two small granddaughters is still plenty of exercise. marie.

    Starting weight: 66kg
    Last week: 61kg
    Current: 60.8kg

Another slight drop this week. I think the reductions will continue to be smaller while I'm losing the last few kilos. I don't mind. It's still a drop!

I don't know it anyone is still around but I'm slinking back in with my tail between my legs because by making poor food choices and doing bugger all exercise I have undone all my good work and I'm back to where I started at 72.4kg.
But deep breath in! Today is a new day so here's to better choices and moving my bum and hopefully seeing some results!!

I'm still here - although I haven't checked in recently.

I'm now down to 69kg and I'm one week into the I quit sugar 8 wk program. I have never eaten so many vegetables in my life!

I'm enjoying it though (hubby not so much).

An example of a day's food is:
Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs with spinach, kale, asparagus and avocado.
Lunch - chicken with coleslaw, spinach and broccoli (last nights dinner).
Dinner - Steak and 5 vege

They suggest no snacking unless you're hungry- I'm having rice cakes & nut butter or carrot sticks and hummus.

Hope everyone else is well 😀

I've haven't checked in for awhile. DS was sick last week - and sleeping badly - and left me very tired and making bad food choices as I crave carbs/sugar when I'm tired.

Because of poor choices last week I'm back up to 61.4kg today. But it's a new week and I'm keen to get back on track as all the junk I ate last week left me feeling fairly yuck!

Sorry i havent been back in how are we all travelling

    SW - 68kg
    CW - 65kg
    GW - 60KG
    uLTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT: 55kg

So far 3 kg loss for me but ive been doing a ton of walking and see myself toning up already so not paying too much attention to the scales.

Ive walked 14km in the last week and done 2 x 30 min workouts, goal this week is at least 20km.

Have been eating really well too some of this weeks meals.... Veg and haloumi stack, flour and sugar free pancakes and vietnamese cold rolls

I have reached my first goal of 10 kgs down. I feel pretty good about that. I am now comfortable size 12, and wearing things I haven't worn in ages. next goal is another 5kg, and then see if I want to go further. I have become a bit of a gym junkie, and im so surprised with myself. marie.
