I have the scales too. It was a birthday pressie a couple of years ago. I love it.
I have to get familiar with it all again though. I've noticed it's not giving me my body fat like it used to, just weight.
I've no time for anything. Can't wait for things to ease up a bit with this baby.

    Back on the wagon today.
Breakfast was a boiled egg with some grilled tomato and mushrooms.
Dinner will be a low cal micro meal (spaghetti and meatballs) and I'll be under my 500 calories for the day.
It's so hard to find the motivation and determination once you slip up a few times, I should have already done my 2 fast days this week but oh well, better late than never.

Oh I hear ya @Marigold - I've fallen off the wagon this week - although not spectacularly - I won't be losing this week. Mind you, today was supposed to be a fast day but somehow I'm at 1000 calories already! I will try to get through the rest of the day and start fresh tomorrow.

It's funny, when im on a roll, nothing can break me - but the minute things stagnate, I break so easily. Argh! I'm sick of it. Actually writing it down feels better so hopefully this is the kick up the bum I need

Got my good girl pants on today.
Started with a walk on the treadmill for 35 minutes, porridge and soy latte for brekkie, ryvita with cottage cheese n tomato for snack, pumpkin n chickpea purée on toast for lunch, and coffee with a teddy bear biscuit for arvo tea.
Need more vegetables! Dinner will be vegetables. I love weight watchers. I get 30 points a day and so far I've eaten only 17 so far. Unreal!

    Damn.
After watching the bachelor tonight and seeing them all eat from cheese platters I was craving some! I did SO well all day with my fasting but then had to duck out to grab milk and bread and they had Mersey Valley vintage cheddar on special.... Yup. Caved caved caved. Still on a cheese high, lol...best ever.
I'm thinking tomorrow will be my #dayaftercheeseremorse..... 😳

Today is weigh in day for me after 1 week on WW. 1.4kg loss which I'm stunned by. I'm not overweight so I was expecting really small losses. I know that might still happen but it's nice to strike gold in the first week. I'm really happy, I've stuck to my points, even had the extra weekly allocated points, gone to the gym and resisted the yummy things I baked this week for DH and the kids. Tomorrow will be tough, we're having my dad and his wife over for lunch and I'm baking a cake for the occasion. I'm hoping a small portion of lunch and a small portion of cake will be all I need to satiate me.

my weight today, 73.7 kg. a nice surprise since I have only been to the gym twice this week, instead of my usual 5 days a week. so a loss of 400gms, makes my total loss now 8.8kgs. happy me. marie
