    SW:- 81.3kg.

    CW:- 80.8kg.

    GW1:- 75kg.

    GW2:- 70kg.

    GW3:- 65kg.

    UGW:- 60kg.

At this stage, I'll be happy with any loss in the 8 weeks. I'll be pushing it to get to GW1 in 8 weeks, but might be able to get half way there.

Thanks @delirium for starting this thread. I'm ready to post my stats:

    SW - 85.0kg
    CW - 80.6kg
GW - 74kg (but let's see when I get there

I lost 4.4kg in the 4 week challenge thread by sticking to 1200 calories and then I moved to 5:2 which I will continue to do until I get to goal.

    Good luck everyone

The only thing that stands in my way is that we are ttc and HG will raise its ugly head when we do finally fall.

HG is truly awful. I hope you fall quickly but without the sickness.

Hi, thank you @delerium for leading the charge😉
I commenced the 4 week winter challenge and fell off the wagon multiple times so a chance for a fresh start for spring sounds awesome.
    Cw: 85kg
    Gw: 77kg
I aim to lose 1kg per week by following weight watchers eating plan and walking 4x/week for 45 minutes each, and cycling 2x/ week for 40 minutes.
