Default Has anyone successfully increased their testosterone levels and how?

I got my results back yesterday and I knew my progesterone levels would be low as they always have been, but my testosterone was also reported as too low, which couple with my IR from PCOS explains why it's been so hard to lose the weight.

I'm already on a good diet for the PCOS and do strength exercises, is there any other way that a woman can increase their testosterone levels?

I'm currently on progesterone treatment to try and raise that.

bumping as I know how much my deficiency is affecting my strength, energy levels and the fact that it is a fat-burning hormone explains why all my efforts aren't getting me anywhere. I've been put onto p4 support but nothing for testosterone as they were unaware of that until results came back.

    Anyone?
