    @KitiK - wine is my downfall too. And I'm still BFing... But I use an app to time feeds, or DH gives him EBM or a formula. (We've had to mix feed due to low supply anyway, so it's convenient when I've had a rough day.).

    @lileitak - I am totally guilty of too much wine. The ABA recently came out stating that BF after 2 standard drinks occassionally was better than putting your bub on formula just so you could have a drink...! Not debating, just relaying.

    I am sure bf and ff mums would give good debates both for and against...

    Good luck on your weight loss journey, Ill be watching cheering everyone on - with my salad, my poor, lonely, limp, tasteless, lifeless salad....

    Egads! A few friends with bubs similar ages to DS1 are also all starting to get AF back. I hope I can last a bit longer, I need the long break from endometriosis.

    Default IVF Mummas Getting their Groove Back

    Today has gone well for me so far, 40 minute walk, have stuck to the food plan so far. It really is a lot of food at 1800cals. Fingers crossed the dinner goes well and then that's one day done. Baby steps I guess.

    I've also got my first cold and DS1 has it too which isn't helping. I definitely miss taking proper cold and flu drugs!!

    Oh geez @KitiK that's really low :-/ I'm not a big fan of super low cal eating I think it just sets you up for failure. Would 1500 be more achievable?

    @ScubaGal 1500 wpuld probably be better for me - but I want a fast loss. I think if I try and stick with 1200 and then 1500-1800 as a maintenance diet with exercise i should be ok...

    How is your cold going

    @KitiK we feel pretty lame. Last night and today is the first day that bubba seems unhappy I think he's gotten it a bit later than me so hopefully with my antibodies on board he won't have it for long.

    DH is in the kitchen making my 12wbt breakfast though which is lovely

    Hi girls, sorry I've been MIA for awhile. Sounds like we've all been struggling in the last week or two. man this is tough sometimes! I think I was a little ambitious starting MB just before DD was 6 wks. Didn't help that I had gastro 2 weeks ago. Well my weight has bounced back up to 75kg (from 74.2). I have 4 weeks to go for my mb 12wbt round so I'm going to make it count!! Last week was a right off, my body just craved food so I fed it and am fully recovered from gastro now. Enjoyed (hello wine) the weekend at my mil's now I really need to curb my snacking....
    @ScubaGal hope u and ds feel better soon. Go easy on yourself, first bubs do really mess ur body around. I remember thinking 'I'll never b the same' after my first but I did get back in shape (eventually). This time it has been a lot easier on my body but I've just set my standards a little high coz I know I can do it.
    @Kittik oh 1200 cals is rough! Hope u do get quick weight loss. If ur struggling to sticking to it I think 1 or 2 days a week at 1500 wouldn't b too bad.
    @lileitak welcome I love spin too! Great way to burn lots of cals quickly.
    @Rocky27 hello and welcome
