I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this as I only read the first few pages of posts but this seems like déjà vu @LoveHopeFaith

It was only last night on 60 Minutes that they showed a segment on a couple that found out they naturally conceived 5 babies (quintuplets).

There is a 1 in 55 million chance of naturally conceiving quintuplets and this woman was also diagnosed with something (I can't remember what it was) prior to falling pregnant!

They were going to consider IVF as they has two girls already but wanted to try one last time for a boy.

    Now for the negative news!

She was given the option of terminating some of the babies as it is rare to go full term and have all survive but she couldn't choose and went as far as she could.

At 28 weeks she had a scare and was hospitalised for strict bed rest!

At 30 weeks, as planned, they delivered 5, small (1.1kg) babies! All alive and healthy.

4 girls and one boy! Delivered via cesarean all within 2 minutes!

They are managing with ALOT of help!

    You need to watch it!!!!!

Please post an ultrasound pic! I'm sure everyone will be intrigued!

    Good luck, keep us posted!

I have 5 kids - the youngest is 6 weeks old. I am running on average 3 hours sleep a night with no chance for napping during the day. I can't fathom that times 5 😯. Hats off to you Mumma. Such a blessing but I simply don't know how you do it.

Just watched a very delayed broadcast of the 60 minutes episode. What an amazing story! I hope the mum and dad are doing ok now the babies are older ... And I hope I wasn't a cow to mumma in the early stages of this thread (I can't see anything however by reading it appears quite a few posts have been deleted).

I deleted my post because I felt it was too personal in regards to my own story. But a few people original thought it was a troll.
