I have not been sleeping well either and I'm freaking out! I'm only 24 weeks! However will I make it? I have a big body pillow and soft cushions that I'm constantly trying to prop myself up with. Then of course there is the going to bathroom all night!! Just in need of a whinge here I'm sure I'll get through it.

I just picked up a memory foam wedge pillow from Aldi for $40 ! I reckon that will make my life easier. I've been propping myself since about 16 weeks I reckon (mainly because of the snoring) and I'm over it. Now I finally got a wedge I'll prob have them next week now lol.

My babies decided they had had enough and they came early hours of this morning at 32+5 weeks. So far they are doing well!

Good tip Julie, more pillows and done away with v shape pillow. Back ache is much less. Lolly hope you get a few weeks respite of sleep, maybe if babies change position it may ease your bladder for a few more weeks. Are you been kicked too. I now permanently feel like I have full bladder, don't sneeze. Enjoy your sleep on the new pillow Julie, hope it helps.

Thanks @miss macy totally agree with full bladder/don't sneeze! Don't laughter too hard either! I will try more pillows tonight. Have ordered king sized bed the other day think that will make a difference as well. I hope. Going to see pregnancy physio too. Who knew they existed?! Maybe everyone but me. Anyhow short work week this week so can cope hopefully!

Congrats kit! Enjoy the ride. It's all such a haze. ..they must b tiny at 32 weeks. Hope they build up strength quickly. Xx

I didn't sleep much at all from 20 weeks. 3am seemed to be my wake up time. ..for about 3hrs. Then when mstr 2 was about to wake up I'd just b ready to go back to sleep. 😩 all i can say is pillows pillows pillows. Dh used to joke about my mt vesuvius of pillows. Lol . I was propped up and slept that way on my side. One pillow under arm and belly, one between legs. About 4 under shoulders. It helped for the rest of the pregnancy. There was still a pee stop every hour though 😩

We're getting thru the newborn slog here. Our bubs are 2 weeks old now. Far out it's alot of work. Trying very hard to keep them on the same schedule but they're both so different, and different sizes/strengths. So one gets tired more quickly and doesn't feed as effectively and the other is a constant pigsy feeder. Hoping they come together as they get bigger.
