Bah ha ha, you make me laugh BIB! OCD, indeedy

I'll be up early as usual tomorrow so will report in as soon as I can. Still early days though, so I'm trying not to get too wound up as to what the results might be.

Generally I don't tend to get much of anything in the lead-up to AF. That being said, I do have a bit of IBS so what I'm feeling is probably just a case of too much bad food. I've been very gassy today (sorry, I know...TMI Krysta!) and quite uncomfortable in that area, so I'm betting the farm that's what I'm feeling.

    Damn Pringles....

Krysta all the best if you plan on testing early. I did get a bfp at 12dpo this time however I have had previous chemicals hence why I try and hold off until 13 or 14dpo if I can.

    Thanks Midnite.

I gotta do something! At the end of the day, if there is bad news to be had I would rather find out deliberately from a test than check my knickers one day and see blood. I remember that sheer disappointment last time, and I think this is the better way for me.

Sad, I know, but it's the only little thing I can control here!

Plus, you never know your luck. I might get a BFP! I know the odds are low, but it happens. 40+ year old women do get pregnant occasionally. Surely my odds are just as good as anyone else's?

(Trying to talk self up )

    I'll keep you posted.

    Krysta

Good luck @Krysta74 I tend to start testing at 5dp5dt

Sorry again gals for lack of personals, I am without much internet access at my shabby new house.

2 bits of progress, 1: my donor has had her first ever BFP with her previous recipients! She has no children herself so that's a biggie

2: got a call from my docs office to call him on Friday for the update about the pgd. So, more waiting but the end is in sight. I just don't know how long they can keep me coasting on the estrogen. Day 20 this Friday and they haven't got me started on the progesterone yet.

Anyway, hopefully I'll be back on line properly next week.

    Take care everyone.

    Xx

Good luck @Krysta74 , I usually only test the day before BT so I'm prepared for the news. This was the first time I tested early & that was at 7dp5dt. Fingers crossed for you ❤️

    WAKE UP, WAKE UP!

    I need help ladies

So, first - a confession. I POAS yesterday. Well, what did you expect, I had EIGHT of them in the house, lol. I can't help myself.

Anywho, I thought I saw a shadow of a line. Hubby couldn't see it, so I thought "I'm just seeing what I want to see" and filed it away.

So this morning, I POAS again with FMU and there is a line.

It's faint, but the husband can see it too. In normal light. Faint, but a line.

It's no where near the colour of the test line. But even sitting here at my desk, with the test a foot away from me, I can see it.

IS IT REAL? Could my Ovidrel on 27/08 be doing this?

    Help!

    Krysta

I dont think the ovidrel would be affecting the test line. Keep on poas fmu usually best and the line will start to get darker as the hcg increases.

The line will be faint at 7dpt5dt where you are today. Totally normal because it's so early. The line will darken up over the coming days all going well😊
