However, I know Wazza will implement whatever protocol Dr M devises for you plus he's the one that will do the intrallipids for you and make sure everything is in place if God frucking forbid you do another Cycle plus he will look after you before you go with all drugs/scripts and such and when you come home as well.

There is the other option of going through one of the CREI Specialists I mentioned before if you wanted to as well if you would prefer (though Dr M is an Associate Prof so is sitting at the top of the tree out of the lot of them I think) to just be with the one FS/Immune Specialist up here . I think it would be worth phoning them up and seeing what the wait times are and how simple it is to transfer over to them etc plus how much $ as well.

ETA- Clexane is usually prescribed at either the 30mg or 40mg strength. 1 injection a day. Having never done a FET I can't tell you when to commence them but one of the other Lovelies here will.

What antibiotic have you been recommended?? I took a shizload of stuff with Wazza like Feldene (which is a NSAID to help prep uterus for the embryo) and Nitrodur patches to open up the blood vessels to get more blood into my ovaries and oven but no antibiotics.

As horrible as this sounds, it does make me feel better to know I'm not the only one that has had such sh1tty luck with donors eggs. I have had just about enough but just don't want to throw away all this effort just yet.
If the next FET is a BFN and we decide to go ahead with lucky donor number 3, at least I'll have a lot more time up my sleeve to organise all these bits and pieces. @emski72 and @BlondeinBrisvegas I'm off to see my FS today to find out what the fruck is going on with these extra immunity blood test results he got back but didnt understand. That is stressing me a fair bit too - the not knowing wtf is going on.
The other stress - getting a frickin answer from CT !!! I've asked if I can do intralips on the Tuesday and transfer on Friday and if so, book me in. I know its usually longer beforehand they need to be done, but they said to me 'several days' beforehand so maybe 3 is enough.... No frickin answer arrrrggghhhhhhhh !!! I was hoping to see my FS today at least knowing if I was doing intralipids or not.
Anyway, I'm going to nail him about the antibiotics and clexane - both of which he was reluctant to prescribe. So I'm at least informed when I get there, whats the deal with the clexane and antibiotics again? Dose rates, when to start, when to stop etc ? Anybody ?
I know the recommended timeframe for Intrallipids is 7-14 days prior to ET but 3 days (in combination with the other immune drugs) will hopefully be enough for you Luv

@Chiefsgirl will probably know better about that

Dr m generally prescribed clexane 40mg from 10 days before transfer.
I am also on baby aspirin one a day (from my de clinic).

I'm snowed at work but from memory aspirin thins the blood and clexane stops it clotting. The major issue with immune girls is blood flow to the uterus and baby. The immune cells that attack the baby can do so through the placenta. Which is why so many of us will be on clexane till just before birth, as it doesn't stop attacking the placenta after 1st trimester.

I would think intralipids 3 days b4 would be fine. I have heard of some ladies only doing it on bfp when they have had a surprise natural conception.

You can usually get in to do a oh consult with dr m quickly, it's face to face mtgs that are hard to get!

I presume antibiotics are in addition to the baby aspirin ? What sort of antibiotics have you guys been on and for how long ?

    Sorry, just read this BIB:

"What antibiotic have you been recommended?? I took a shizload of stuff with Wazza like Feldene (which is a NSAID to help prep uterus for the embryo) and Nitrodur patches to open up the blood vessels to get more blood into my ovaries and oven but no antibiotics."

My FS has not put me on ANY antibiotics as yet. I'm going to push him this afternoon.

Re why the two specialists ...Wazza will work with Dr M's advice and it takes bloody forever to get in to any decent specialist. I'd book now for your next cycle so the steps are in place if god forbid you need them..you may get super lucky with a cancellation spot before your Sept FET.
I was on doxycycoline antibiotics and will start them 2 weeks before transfer. X

This may be a dumb statement, but isn't doxycycoline the one they put you on for malaria ? If so, I react really badly to it.

I'm not sure love, I've not had malaria 😃
There would be an alternative I'm sure...it ensures there are no hidden utis or pipe infections like hidden c etc. it's kind of a cover all bases thing. X
