    Default All hail Netflix ***spinoff***

So I saw another thread lamenting the current state of free to air television and there was a bit of discussion about Netflix, with someone saying they find it hard to figure out what to watch. I'm a huge Netflix fan but am always on the lookout for recommendations of movies and TV series' (particularly series') but I do think their search leaves a bit to be desired; I mostly go by what people tell me rather than browsing. So here's a thread where you can nominate your fave shows or even the ones you've watched and didn't like.

    Here's my fave list:
    Gossip Girl
    Orange Is The New Black
    House Of Cards
    Bloodline
    Suits (current obsession)
Middle Class Bogan (sadly, only season one is on there)

I've tried and failed with the following:
    The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
    Pretty Little Liars
    Marco Polo
    Precious (movie)

If I think of more I'll add them.

Hit me with your recommendations of watch and avoid.

We just started watching Wet Hot American Summer. It's hilarious. The movie & the TV series are both on there.
    Mad Men

In The Night Garden for DD. Guaranteed to hold her attention for 15 min!

We are movie lovers and we've found a lot of the movies we like have already been watched by us, or we already own on DVD.

TV series we have enjoyed are American Horror Story, Orange Is The New Black & Derek.

Keen to give Wet Hot American Summer a view!

Suits (love it), Orange is the new black and Mad Men are my current faves. Although I am waiting for the last half of the last season of mad men to come on, seems to be taking forever!

I'm about to hit my Netflix end. I think I've watched most of the stuff I want to. Netflix has led me to the wonderful worlds of:
    Merlin
    House of cards
    Orphan Black
    Daredevil
    Vikings
    Miss Fisher's murder mysteries
    How I Met your mother
    Last season of House
    Downton abbey (rewatched it)
    Mad Men (again rewatched it)
    The Blacklist
    Upper middle Bogan

There's also a bunch of good shows on there that I've watched previously like Broadchurch, rake, call the midwife, pretty little liars and gossip girl, Torchwood, firefly

There's been a few other shows that I started to watch but couldn't get into like Arrow, unbreakable kimmy Prison Break. I'm also probably in the minority on this but I'm not a fan of Orange is the new black
