Default When did baby number 2 arrive?

Tonight I'm contemplating the upcoming birth of baby number two and wondering - for many of you did Bub #2 come earlier and faster? Or later?

    # 1 came on due date
    # 2 came between the 2 dues I was given (was given 30th and 1st and she came on the 31st)

So same same here! I was thinking the whole time #2 would be early definitely won't think that for the next one.

Addit: second was definately faster (2.5hrs from first contraction it was hectic!)

Default When did baby number 2 arrive?

    9 days after my EDD.

    DD1 was 12 days after
My EDD so she got the 'mummy is over it' vibe sooner...

Oh and both labours were just over 2 hours.

DS1- 38+3, induced after labour began at 38+2. 4 hours of active labour.

DS2- 38 exactly, 4 hours from 'was that a contraction?' to baby! Earlier, easier and faster.

Wow! All these earlier and faster stories! I'm a little nervous about how fast some second labours are... My first was reasonably quick (4hrs from waters breaking to babe in arms) - it's exciting (scary!) to imagine what this one will be like!

How did all of you with super fast second labours get to the hospital on time?

I only went in because I was GBS positive and needed to be on antibiotics during labour. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise! This time I won't muck around and will head in as soon as labour starts.
