    I heard it you can get them when you haven't been eating enough fruit and veggies and are low on vitamins and minerals.

    check out the symptoms of a B12 deficiency. Years ago i was getting mouth ulcers regularly and the Dr diagnosed 'pernicious anemia' and I had to have B12 injections every few months.

    Kenalog for sure. Love that stuff! I also get them if I stop eating my Vegemite - probably because of the vitamin B factor!

    I get them sometimes...got one now actually right at the back of my mouth so annoying...rinse your mouth with salt and water and change your tooth brush...I wouldn't read too much into all the scary stories what cause them stress, dehydration and changes in the body are what normally cause them and dental hygiene can be a factor too! Hope you sort them out 😊

    Default Mouth ulcers

    Oooooh yes Kenalog!
    Thank you to all for your suggestions. I had been taking my vitamins with extra vitamin c, eating healthily, rinsing with salt water but no change (I know it's only been 2 days).
    I have just applied Kenalog and it's almost like instant relief. I can't talk because my mouth feels glued together but it's kind of created a barrier as such. I love it! Let's hope it goes down overnight because I can't go to work tomorrow with a mouth glued shut (dramas of working in a call centre hey!)


    If they keep up I'll see another doc though :-)
