I honestly just think it would encourage more "cliques", not intentionally ofcourse but it's only natural to want to stay in a little group with people you already feel acquainted with.

I think for specific things like DIGs it would be great, hopefully stop everyone going to Facebook.

Maybe not for general chat, would it then encourage more cliques?

can I just ask, how are people accessing & posting on bubhub?

I almost exclusively use it on my phone (the app) only. I never use it on the laptop really.

I do find it harder to see what the new threads are on the app.

This would be my concern. It kind of reminds me of the old live chat days (yes I've been here too long and need to move along!) when it was fabulous if you were part of a group but really crappy if you weren't.

Could you start it just for DIGs and see how it goes?

You know I want this feature, more for posting pics of my baby and talking about womanly issues and such.

I think this would just encourage more cliques.

But see that's the thing, I'm part of a long term ivf group and we didn't all have our babies at the same time but have been great support for each other so I'd nominate this as a group who should be allowed to go private. Maybe a 'support group' section that has the option to be private?
I also really wish BH forum content didn't show up in Google searches...
