0.00 is too hard to attain. There can be alcohol in cooking and baking. Doesn't vanilla essence have a percentage of alcohol in it? There is also mouth wash, etc.

Any of those things can tip someone over 0.00, and then you might find people who haven't even had a drink being penalised for it.

I am more worried about someone driving with sleep deprivation (like a mum with a newborn dropping her other kids off at school) causing an accident, than l am of someone who had 1 glass of wine with a meal.

I drink but i don't push myself to the limits. I just drink enough and can still drive home. I would normally eat more than drink so i wont be so drunk and i always have my volt breathalyser with me to guide me so i won't be in trouble when i drive.I think the limits here aren't enough, they can make it as low as .03 to be sure. That way people will be more conscious on how much they would drink, you know drinking for us is a way of life, part of our lives already and celebrations normally have alcoholic drinks being served.

I believe you can be booked for driving under the influence even if you are under the limit. Inhad heard of such happening but not sure where it stands these days
