Afternoon,

First post here and hoping for some advice! I've been googling but have had limited success, does anyone have any recommendations for a post natal personal trainer? My wife was really fit pre baby but struggling to get back into it since the birth, hoping someone has had some experience with a decent PT that understands limitations during the recovery (baby is 5 weeks old borne via C) that she can use whilst I look after baby.

Anyway any advice appreciated!
