Super yum and my 6yr old and 4yr old loved it. No specialised ingredients required. You could easily get away with 2 or 3 slices of bread. I had quite a bit of stuffing left over.
Yum! This sounds great and cheap too.

Soups - Chinese chicken and corn, cream of chicken
    Casseroles - Country chicken
Any sausages recipes work with chicken drumsticks
Roast with chicken marylands instead of a whole chook
Cook chicken drumsticks, remove meat and make bbq chicken pizza, chicken wraps, burritos ect
Oven bake with different stir fry sauces.
Remove meat and do a chicken and veg stirfry.

Use drumsticks in any recipe that calls for chicken.

I marinade drumsticks in garlic and Dijon and the crumb with crushed cornflakes and Parmesan mixed together and oven bake. I serve with zucchini chips which I cut into wedges, coat with the same cornflake and Parmesan and roast as well
