    This is the same one I mentioned above. I used the "base recipe" and added some chicken and bacon that I fried up as well as diced capsicum and mushroom. It turned out a bit gluggier than usual by tastes the same. (I think it's because I used mozzarella instead of tasty cheese).

    I have been on a slow cooker roll this week! 34 weeks pregnant and no energy to cook any other way!

    Monday was sweet BBQ pulled pork. Served with coleslaw on breadrolls.

    Tuesday was sticky honey chicken. Served with rice and steamed veg.

    Today is red wine and beef casserole. I'm thinking I'll serve with mash and steamed veg.

    I do a roast pork in the slow cooker but it comes out very moist and I put the crackle under the grill to crackle. I do mine to make shredded pork . Personally if you want a traditional pork roast I'd go over or BBQ
