I just add a heap more garlic than the recipe calls for otherwise we can't really taste it.

Thanks lovely @HeavenBlue it looks delicious! I haven't been on that website for ages, it's got some great recipes. I remember when everyone on their FB page was making Coca-Cola beef and then all the fudges lol

There always a fad/fashionable recipe that everyone goes crazy for and does everyone's head in. Then the next fad comes along! Fwiw... I've never been a fudge fan... I don't know why everyone goes nuts for it on that page... It wayyy too sweet. Bleugh!

    Stuffed potatoes or jacket potatoes

You cooked whole potatoes either in the slow cooker or in foil in the oven. Thanks you cut them up and load them with toppings like
    Bacon
    Pineapple
    Corn
    Salsa
    Savoury mince
    Fancy pants sausages
    Fried or caramelised onions
    Chilli
    Pretty much anything.

Than grated cheese and sour cream.

Oh I like season my potatoes when cooking them.

I don't know if is counts, as it's technically pressure cooking not slow cooking but it's in my multi cooker so it half counts right?? And it's a beef stew which I usually slow cooker. It's my first time trying it under pressure.

I have porterhouse steak cubed, celery, yam, parsnip, sweet potato, carrot, potato, pumpkin, onion and fresh parsley and 1 cup water and 1 cup vege stock.
I usually put in some of that "soup mix" with all the different beans and whatever but I just realised I forgot to add it in.
