We had the most delicious pork belly that DH did overnight in the slow cooker. DH served his on a pizza base. I had mine in a mountain bread wrap with feta and coleslaw. There's leftovers for lunch tomorrow that I've bagsed as mine. Yummy!

I did a cheats version yesterday:

    1kg browned beef mince
    1 x diced onion
2 x tablespoons of minced garlic
2 x jars of Raguletto pasta sauce
    Salt/pepper/chilli flakes/oregano
    Splash of red wine
    Splash of Worcestershire sauce

I cook it on low for 8 hours.

Some might frown at my use of jarred sauce, but I'm happy with how it turns out.

This recipe is also really good and would suit those who prefer more 'from scratch' type cooking methods: http://jarrahjungle.blogspot.com.au/...-sauce-in.html

Ill probably be crucified for saying this but the chicken obsession which has the exact same ingredients as the lamb obsession is so bland... Does anyone else agree?
