We had the most delicious pork belly that DH did overnight in the slow cooker. DH served his on a pizza base. I had mine in a mountain bread wrap with feta and coleslaw. There's leftovers for lunch tomorrow that I've bagsed as mine. Yummy!
1kg browned beef mince
1 x diced onion
2 x tablespoons of minced garlic
2 x jars of Raguletto pasta sauce
Splash of red wine
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
I cook it on low for 8 hours.
Some might frown at my use of jarred sauce, but I'm happy with how it turns out.

Chicken obsession tonight
Bone broth in mine haha how boring. But, surprisingly delicious.
Ill probably be crucified for saying this but the chicken obsession which has the exact same ingredients as the lamb obsession is so bland... Does anyone else agree?
I haven't tried the chicken but i was not a fan of the lamb obession... maybe i didn't do it right but i did not get all the fuss over it
