    Been following for a while but have just broken out the slow cooker again - can't believe I hadn't been using it more sooner so much extra time!

    Mongolian beef on Saturday. Honey garlic chicken yesterday and curried sausages today.

    'Disco Lamb' as my husband calls it.
    Basically it's his version of a Lamb stew. In other words, there is lamb, and everything else he can find in the cupboard.
