I'm going to try a small roast lamb today. I've seen some recipes that say to put it on top of potatoes/veg with a cup of water or stock. How do the veggies come out? Should I roast them separately?

I always dry roast my roasts. The how the veggies do depend on how much fat comes out of your roast. I like to put them in and finish off in the oven for a soft fluffy centre and a crispy outside.

A Moroccan chicken dish today, one that I used to cook in a tagine until I got my slow cooker. It's much easier in a slow cooker

Does anyone have a good pulled pork recipe? I tried making it a couple of times and it doesn't really 'pull'. It turns out more like roast pork.
