So glad I had spag bol on in the slow cooker. I got a call and had to leave 1/2 before dinner was meant to served. So I just threw in the pasta and left it for hubby to serve.
Haven't used my slow cooker for a while now. We moved house on New Year's Eve, and now I have no idea where it is.
I want to start using my slow cooker more and this thread is great inspiration!

Would love to know if anyone has some tried & true vegetarian slow cooker recipes, as we're not red meat eaters and the slow cooker currently only gets used for chicken dishes 😁.
Would also be interested in seafood but I assume this wouldn't go so well in the slow cooker and usually doesn't freeze so well...?
Got home after shopping all morning, feeling lazy, threw a whole leg of lamb in the slow cooker on high with some grain mustard, onions, garlic and 1/2 cup beef stock. Sooo looking forward to it. I think it should be just about medium at dinner time.
I have a half batch of lamb obsession on done with cream of chicken instead of mushroom. I don't care what anyone says, mushroom will not pass these lips.
Tomorrow I hope to do the garlic creamy chicken thing if we don't buy dinner and then after that I'm going to try a roast Turkey joint with vegetables after that.
