Lamb shoulder with honey, rosemary and garlic.
This will be my first proper slow cook attempt.
I bought a new slow cooker and am trying it for the first time! Wish me
    Luck!

It was ok. The meat fell off the bone, not dry or anything like that.
I think I used too much liquid. It was more like boiled lamb than slow cooked I think

I don't put any liquid in when doing a roast. I find it much better that way.

I'll try this next time! I thought a slow cooker needed some liquid but if not, even better!

How do you do your mince without it going funny?
Everytime I have cooked mince or a mince based dish it ends up with a strange texture ( almost sludgey)
