    It was ok. The meat fell off the bone, not dry or anything like that.
    I think I used too much liquid. It was more like boiled lamb than slow cooked I think

    I don't put any liquid in when doing a roast. I find it much better that way.

    How do you do your mince without it going funny?
    Everytime I have cooked mince or a mince based dish it ends up with a strange texture ( almost sludgey)
