    Hi ladies. A few of you have referred to scrolls or dessert....care to share some recipes? I've never used mine for that. I normally just use it for Lb shanks or veggie curry.

    The trick to baking is to use a tea towel under the lid yo absorb the moisture.
    You use normal recipes.

    My sweet scroll is base of lemonade scones.
    4 cups of Sr flour
    I small bottle of cream
    1 can lemonade
    Mixed together.

    But you can use whatever recipe you like.
