I made grilled steak and roasted potatoes. I'm also thinking of making a vegetable salad.
Yesterday was nandos lemon herb chicken legs. I served with fried rice
Roast beef with some potato and carrots in there for DP as my weight loss/salad at every dinner thing is wearing thin with him. He won't be complaining when I drop some serious weight though!
I made chilli con carne yesterday, served on top of baked spuds.
A huge (8ltrs) of beef and chunky vegetables soup.
Today a whole chook marinated in red wine and garlic sauce. It smells device. I will pull it and have it on wraps with salad.

Today if all goes to plan, Christmas tree fudge.
