    Pulled pork today! With the rind cut off to turn into crackling later, had to compromise with DH since he prefers oven roast pork, but he agreed to pulled pork as long as there's crackling lol

    Do you have the slow cooker central book? It's in there. If not, here's a screen shot of the page. We've just eaten and the only thing I'd tweak is adding salt and pepper into the mince mix. Was very nice!
