    I ended up cooking the meat in the pan to get the lumps out (yeah, I meant I don't like lumps if the meat). I thought that cooking it all on the slow cooker would have been way too lumpy.

    Anyway, I've used this recipe but added heaps more veggies and a can of crushed tomato's. It smells so yummy!

    I've always browned mince before adding it to the slow cooker - I know what you mean about not liking big lumps of mince, I'm the same!

    I added a bit of water and the canned tomato's. I think next time I might stick closer to the recipe. It was a bit watery. I like when my bolognese sticks to the pasta! It smelt amazing though!
