    Today is fusion recipe. It's porcupines meets cheese stuffed meatballs..... So cheese stuffed porcupines?? Lol. Anyways it's mostly an experiment with ingredients at hand.

    Will serve with soft polenta.

    That's one of our favs here. We think it beats a trip down the Chinese takeaway any day!

    Thinking if doing the SCC spaghetti bolognese...anyone made it before? How is it? I have my spag Bol with big lumps of meat. How do I avoid this? Any other tips?
