    Lamb (fat rendered in the pan first) with a gravy made with red wine, beef stock, onion, garlic, dijon mustard and mixed dried herbs (because I had no fresh rosemary)... will toss in some cornflour towards the end to thicken it up. Served with steamed broccoli and carrots... mmm, house smells divine!
