I've just put some meatballs in mine.. Never done meatballs in the slow cooker before but I predict they will probably go all mushy and end up just a meat sauce

Maybe just seal them in a pan first? Idk I've never done them either.

Just don't stir or turn them in any way.

Tonight I have what is meant to be my own Moroccan inspired creation but smells like tacos.

    700gm diced beef
3tbs morrocan dried spices (from the spice isle at a local shop)
    6 tomatoes chopped up
1 cup each of sweet potato, green beans, potato and pumpkin
    1/2 cup capsicum
    1tsp palm sugar

    We will see..

Turned out OK. Better with a small dollop of cream. Everyone liked it. Probably better with sour cream but didn't have any.

Obsession of lamb tonight. And it's days like today when DS decides to have a proper day sleep that I wish I had a second slow cooker. I could be making scrolls or dessert 😋
