Good old lamb obsession today. Quick, super easy and yummy on a dreary day like today. Bit excited for Sunday's slow cook as I bought American ribs today and will find a nice recipe for maybe a smoky BBQ flavor.

I put a pork tenderloin in mine.

I'm hoping slow cooking is an appropriate way to cook it. I've only ever done a big pork shoulder in there.

Default What's in your slow cooker?

Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I added a bit of soy sauce to my bowl yesterday and it did make it better. There's still a huge pot left, so am going to simmer some veg in stock and add to it as well I think. It does taste better now than it first did. It's thickened up a bit as well which is good as it was very liquidy before. Will try a different recipe next time I think! This one had 5 stars, but I'm not loving it.

Nothing in my slow cooker today (sadly), but I've got the ingredients for lamb obsession and the chunky beef pie to make later this week

Not a huge fan of lamb, but it has such great reviews that I want to give it a go.

Are you using cream of chicken soup and low salt French onion soup mix for the lamb obsession? If find these options give you the best result.

All this talk of lamb obsession makes me think I should try it again. I found the flavours a bit strong for my taste.

I need to use my slow cooker more. I used it all the time last winter, but didn't much this year. What's the clacker chicken that's been mentioned here??
