Default What's in your slow cooker?

I have noticed that a lot of is having been giving our slow cooker a work out lately. So what's in yours today/this week?

    Pumpkin soup today.
Dog food last night using vegetables, rice and meat off cuts and lamb kidneys.
No idea what's on for tomorrow night.

But I have got dump bags of lentil curry, Moroccan casserole, minestrone soup and tamarind and tomato curry in the freezer.

I've got this to go in there tomorrow, but DH doesn't like lamb shanks. Need to go to the shops in the morning to get a meat to cook with it, don't know whether to go chicken, beef or lamb....ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1438674671.324581.jpg

I would go another piece of lamb and cook it with your shank.

I made BBQ pull apart beef in mine last night, which we had with roast veggies last night. Tonight I am putting the left over meat onto burger buns with salad.

Well the potatoes were a huge hit. I was concerned that they would be as nice as I normal in slow cooker not wrapped in foil etc... but they were great.
Only problem was I forgot I was down 2 people for dinner so cooked too many.
