Hi all, thank you so much for the well wishes. She had her MRI today and she definitely has a growth. She will be having a biopsy done, hopefully tomorrow, they aren't wasting time and want to find out what it is. It's not possible to tell exactly what it is at this point so we need the biopsy before we know what happens next.

Mum stayed with DD this evening between 6-9pm so that I could go home with DP and have a decent shower and grab some more clothes from home. When I came in at 9am yesterday I seriously had no idea that I wouldn't be going home the same day. The whole thing still doesn't feel real. It kind of feels like a surreal bad dream that I'm going to wake up from.

I've been holding it together pretty well during the day in front of DD...had a little cry when the lights went out last night and it was just me and DD in her bed (I've got a fold out bed beside hers but I had a cuddle with her before she kicked me out and asked me to hop in my own bed, lol). I don't want to let on to her that I'm worried, she is a bit scared and confused as it is.

DP was here all day and so was mum, and my sister brought her DD for a while. Tomorrow DD's kinder/daycare teacher is coming in. She's really close to DD and all the kids. She's spent every week day with her for the last 2.5 years (I work full time) so she's very much another motherly figure for DD and is naturally worried sick about her.

So we should know what the story is within 48 hours. Thank you for all your good thoughts and prayers xxx

More positive vibes headed your way since the original batch appear to have got lost in transit.

Thinking of you and sending love and strength.
