I think the best advice so far, is to stay away from Dr Google, and it seems you are doing just that. Well done.

It takes at least 11-12 years to become an Oncologist, so they definitely know more, and are more up to date, than a right click on Google.

I've worked as a doctor at Monash MC, and the standard is very high. You are in good hands.

It's scary, I know (I have breast cancer, and have just finished 6 months of chemotherapy, and am having a mastectomy tomorrow). But cancer is treatable and survivable. Lean on the nurses for support. It's not all bad, and you'll find your little one will even have a few laughs along the way.

    J xx.

We had some REALLY good news today. The tumour is responding to treatment already! It is 'melting' away at a rapid pace. We are still looking at 6+ months of chemo, but the fact that it's already responded to the small amounts of chemo she's already had plus the steroids she's had is the best news ever. It's looking great so far so we are very happy
