Hi everyone. I'm just heading into my third two week wait and trying to take things a bit more seriously this time (if that's even possible?!?) by watching as much of what I eat and drink as possible. I've been off caffeine for over a month and I just drink decaf tea and coffee. Generally 1 coffee and 2-3 teas a day. I'm wondering if anyone thinks decaf should be avoided too? Also what are your go to things during the wait to help calm the jitters?? Thanks ladies.
