    Default Party food inspiration

    Vegan ideas :
    Tomato and basil bruschetta
    Mini falafel balls
    Guacamole and corn chips

    Paleo:
    Bbq chicken wings
    Mini meat balls
    Antipasto platter
    Prosciutto wrapped rockmelon

Another idea instead of sandwiches maybe do wraps ( and slice like sushi) or we do mini sliders ( mini burger buns)

All hail the party food goddess! Thanks! You never fail to impress with great suggestions on any food related threads. I've lost track of how many of our go-to meals are influenced by your posts on bubhub Please know your input is valued. You should start a blog and make money from it!!

Have added all these to the list to discuss with the catering team (aka mums/grandmas!!)

Sushi is definitely pushing my skill limits... It would likely end up looking like some sort of random special fried rice inundated with a sea weed storm :-P I love sushi though so something to work on (just not for public consumption just yet) Maybe I could perfect sushi-ing in time for school lunches in 3 years... Maybe....

Great idea. One to add to my "skills development" list!! Do you have a recipe you like as a guide? Or are you one of these gifted types who can throw fabulous meals together from scratch using imagination and intuition? Even with a fool proof recipe and you tube support, there is every chance my rice paper spring rolls could end up worthy of one of those "nailed it" food disaster memes!!
