    sure!!

I basically follow this to get the basic cookie dough http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/1024...butter+cookies

then I add some burch & purchese salted caramel on top of each cookie (zap a little bit in the microwave for like 5 seconds to soften it up and make it gooey and easier to spread over each cookie) then I sprinkle crushed peanuts over the salted caramel.

but they're nice even just plain. my dh loves them

Default What is your favourite biscuit? Junk food?

Sweet - quattros... The biscuit with the caramel and peanuts.... Don't know if you can get them anymore but loved them... Now we eat gluten cause of my son I do make a pretty good choc chip cookie!!!

Savoury - pizza shapes or chicken twisties mmmmm neither I can have in the house anymore... Gluten free I would have to say the salt and vinegar delight biscuits!!!

I currently have a packet of salted caramel timtams sitting next to me.... i'm trying not to have another one!

My all time favourite would be Cameo Creams from NZ memories of having them with a cup of tea with my nana
