    Default Sleep in first trimester

I'm about 5 weeks, and I've been sleeping heaps lately. Yesterday I slept from 2am to 9.30am, then 1.30pm to 8.30pm, then 10pm to 6.30am this morning. I feel like that's waaaaay too much sleep to be having in one day. Yet I still feel like I could go for another nap!

Fatigue is normal. But get your iron levels checked out. Enjoy sleeping now... It won't last.

Haha! This was me exactly when pregnant, especially with my first baby. I was working full time, but would virtually sleep the whole time from when I got home from work until I had to go back, and then the entire weekend too.
    Seriously, enjoy it!

Ahhhh I miss this. I want to sleep!!!

Yep I swear that all I did my first 14 weeks of my first pregnancy was sleep and throw up, I was so happy to be sleeping cos I wasn't throwing up, then occasionally I would wake just to vomit.

Then fast forward to 3rd pregnancy. Have been up since 3 with the 2.5 yr old and my kids sleeps don't usually overlap - if they do it's by about 45 mins, and that's HOURS away, I just want to sleep!!!

I haven't noticed wanting to sleep heaps yet, I'm only 7 weeks though.

I have been insomniac for quite a few years, but have functioned really well with 2-3 hours maximum of sleep a night. I am 8 weeks, and I'm not sure if it's because of the lack of being able to keep food down, but I am sleeping almost 8-10 hours a night (and day!). And I could probably continue to sleep so much more!! I wake up feeling horrible though, almost a hungover feeling
