    Default Morning sickness woes

This might seem a bit whingey so I'm sorry, I've never had morning sickness in my last pregnancy (oh how I took that for granted) but this time it's really getting to me and I'm only 5 weeks 😰 I started getting it over the weekend and since then I've been bedridden, terribly nauseous, vomit-y, extremely dizzy, overheating etc. I really don't know what to do seeing as I've never been through it until now. I suffer from anxiety and another mental illness, and feeling sick is really setting it all off. I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack or break down in tears and upset my DP. What works for you, how do you cope with your symptoms? Any help would be greatly valued.

Perhaps a visit to the gp? They could prescribe something to help ease it. Zofran I think? Take care of yourself.

Take it each day at a time- don't assume you're going to be sick for a while this will only make your anxiety worse. One of my pregnancies I was very sick until I reached exactly 8 weeks preg and it suddenly stopped. I actually thought I'd lost the baby but everything was fine.

Do whatever you can to relax, rest up, take your mind off it.

It will pass. You will be ok.

    Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I'm 11 weeks and still vomiting all the time. It's depressing to be this sick for so long. Go to your GP. Things you can take include zofran wafers - these stop me vomiting but I still feel nauseas. Motillium is another one. I've also tried Maxalon but find it does nothing except make me super anxious and racey so I refuse this.
