Would love to join as would also like to lose 8-10kg as started gaining weight. Breastfeeding and Bub now 6.5mths. Weakness is love of milky chocolate drinks and excess comfort eating.

    Welcome aboard!
    Thank you.. 😄

I have about 25kgs to loose so my mini goal weight is 5kgs.

I'm not going to cut out anything as I always put it back on eventually... I'm going to do portion control, retrain myself as eating like a man doesn't work when you're not a man!!! 😤

    Hi, I'd love to join.

I have 10kg to lose and I feel all kinds of guilt and shame about it because I overeat like crazy some days til my tummy hurts!

I need to address portion control and find an alternative to comfort eating, and also add in regular exercise.

Thanks for starting the thread op.

Hi I would love to join, I have 20kg to lose but first goal is 5kg. Biggest struggle is portion control. And due to injury struggle to do much exercise.

    Default 4 week winter challenge!

So was going to add the 30 day plank challenge to my schedule, it's quick and can just do it before bed, then came across this and thought might as well give it a go nothing to lose!
Thought someone else might also be interested.

Ok I'm starting today! I'm not going to bother weighing myself but just take photos and take notice of how clothes are feeling. My long term goal is to get to 65kg again which is the lightest I've been in my adult life. I can't wait to feel that good about myself again!

I'm going to start 30 days of yoga (yoga by adriene on YouTube - it's really good for anyone interested and the sessions run from 12-35 minutes, so pretty easy to fit in everyday!) and jogging a few times a week. I have recurring runners knee though but am hoping if I start out slow enough and focus hard on stretching/strengthening I can avoid it this time!

As for eating just going to try to avoid junk and cut down on tea and coffee. No alcohol whatsoever. We are vegan and our diet is pretty good, my problems are too much bread, chocolate and mindless snacking when my kids are. Going to start having cups of miso instead of insane amounts of tea everyday! I'm pumped!

Yep DP and I completed the 30 days a while ago, it was so good and we felt fantastic at the end of it! I like the little bits of Pilates/core work that's thrown in, definitely what I'm after at the moment.
