I did much better yesterday and so far today with food.
Yesterday's lunch was salad of cos, spinach, peas, tomatoes and a lemon & oil dressing with some small desiree potatoes (steamed), then dinner was spicy lamb cutlets with ratatouille.
Today breakfast was cheese and pesto on toast; yoghurt snack; lunch of ham, mushroom, tomatoes, zucchini frittata. Planning on salmon with lentils, tomatoes, spinach and green beans for dinner.
If I stick with the good food, hopefully that will be reflected on the scales next week.
