Anyway, hope everyone is going well and having a happy Friday - I'm going to fast today so wish me luck.
Good luck xx You're doing great! You'll crack the 5kg, it's only 1.4kg away..I reckon you will probably go over that.

For me, my aim for the end of this challenge is to be sitting at 65kg or under. Only a kg or 2 away now so fingers crossed

Oh thanks for asking xx. It's actually all turned into a bit of a rollercoaster ride (sorry to detract from the thread guys!) but Thursday morning I did my bloods and saw the team and all was fabulous until 11.30 when I was sitting in the hairdressers with a head full of foils and my Dr rings and says that my blood tests have come back with a problem so I need to come back in to have repeat bloods and an ultrasound of my kidney. So in we go and by 4.30pm the problem level had dropped a bit (which was good) but not enough and they wanted me back this morning first thing for another blood test and depending on that result maybe a kidney biopsy.
I hardly slept last night and we'd left all the kids at the farm with my parents and they were expecting us home Thursday night so lots of tears on the phone.
So this mornings bloods showed another decrease (yay) but I need to have one more blood test tomorrow and hopefully if it shows another decrease I can head home.
Think I've sprouted a whole head full of grey hairs over the last two days!

Bah! My weight went up again this week.

    Starting weight: 66kg
    Last weigh in: 63.8kg
    Today's weight: 64.4kg

Still down overall so that's good, but a bit annoyed with myself that I went backwards over the last week.

It's a new week! Time to start fresh again!

Just checking in and hope everyone is travelling well.
Good luck for this week Cat!

My two week mark weigh in isn't officially until Thursday but I suck on the scales this morning and I was 70.4 which is only 100g off a 2kg loss so that's keeping me motivated to stick with what I'm doing.
