I've been pretty good on the food front but not getting in enough exercise. I still feel a bit off colour with bad cough/sinus and bub has decided that this is an opportune time to break all of his wonderful sleep habits and not have day time naps and then also not sleep through the night. I'm exhausted! This is when I usually turn to sugar to get me through but I'm giving it my best in terms of resistance. There is nothing sweet in the house, other than fruit and Milo, so we'll see...

I've been back on track after my weekend chocolate/wine binge.

Ive been to the gym Mon, Wed, Thurs and have been eating low carb.

I cooked up a batch of pulled pork and coleslaw and have been eating that most days as well as salmon and veggies. I try to stick to only 2 squares of Lindt 90% dark chocolate at night with a cup of tea.

Im scared to weigh myself because I don't feel like I've lost any weight.

Well I had my one week weigh in and I'm 1.1kg down so I'm pleased with that.
I'm in the city today seeing the transplant team and having a scan so no breakfast (fasting blood test this morning but I've a skinny flat white and a low fat berry muffin for morning tea and planning on Sumo Salad pumpkin soup for lunch and should be home by about 7pm tonight so will aim for protein and heaps of veggies for dinner.

I've been having a little chocolate here and there this week so I'm not anticipating a great loss tomorrow for my week 3 weigh in.

Hope everyone is going well. I will definately keep this little health kick going past 4 weeks- hopefully there's a few of us who kick on

Another 500grams gone so I'm happy with that - 3.6kg in total since starting. I think it could have been more but chocolate was too tempting this week.

I think plugging in my food into MFP has been working because in the past I would have binged and not given a care of how many calories I was eating, whereas I was a lot more conscious of it. I really hope to crack 5kg lost in the next couple of weeks.

Anyway, hope everyone is going well and having a happy Friday - I'm going to fast today so wish me luck.

Sounds like everyone is doing really well. I'm 70.4 kg, I can't believe it. That's a 4kg loss in 3 weeks. 9 kg total. I'm actually feeling a bit emotional lol The size 12 jeans that wouldn't even do up 6 or 7 weeks ago are now too big. This is the biggest I've ever been and I was feeling super depressed. I feel like the old me is peeking through again

    Wow! Good work guys :-)

I managed to jump on the scales at my parents and I'm 72kg now so that's 2kg down in 2 weeks. Not a huge amount but any movement down is good!

This week I'm focusing on getting moving more - walking etc.

    Have a great day!

Another 500grams gone so I'm happy with that - 2.5kg in 2 weeks. Could have been more but has been a very busy week. Only 2.5kg to go till first target I just need to keep pushing myself

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Weighed myself this morning after doing 2 fast days this week and the scales haven't moved. I'm still sitting just under 67kg. At one point last week, after a fast day, I was closer to 66 so I'm a tad disappointed. I know that my body will be naturally lighter after a fast, so I guess it makes sense that I'd weigh less the morning after a fast. Yesterday and today are normal eating days. I think I ate too many carbs yesterday.. it just happened that way. Maybe I'll try and focus on aiming for HFLC on my free days. Every meal I ate yesterday had bread involved now that I think about it! Breakfast was 2 pieces of toast with vegemite. Lunch was a take away Vietnemese meat ball and salad roll. Dinner I wasn't hungry enough for a meal so just made myself a sandwich. Ooops. No wonder the scales are stuck today. I know I wouldn't have gone over my daily calorie allowance as none of it was "junk" food, just way too carb heavy for one day.
I'm going out for dinner tonight so I'm planning on keeping an eye on my food intake during the day.
Going to try and get another fast day in over the weekend.

Seeing some amazing losses on this thread, @delirium you're rocking it, hun! Way to go!

    Have a good weekend y'all ❤
