Oh wow. Today is day 8 for me and I weighed myself this morning. I have old scales that are not digital, so can't see in grams, but...
Day 1 I was between 68-69kg (closer to 69) and just now I'm sitting between 66-67! I can't believe it so around a 2kg loss for a full 7 days. Makes me almost want to fast again today, but I'm really looking forward to normal food today! My next fast will be on Saturday.

I'm still planning to start my first fast day on Monday but thought I'd hop on the scales of doom this morning and just start jotting down what I'm eating each day to help keep me accountable and keep the crappy carbs out of my gob!
So I weighed in at 72.3kg and would like to get back to my happy weight of 68kg.
Sick at the moment, having picked up DD's cold. Feel like crap, and couldn't even drink a whole Up and Go without feeling chucky. Hopefully will lose a little now I'm forced to eat less.
