Hi ladies, I've been reading along about everyone's stories and progress. You all sound like you have a great plan and are very motivated! I love seeing the food pics!
I'm only starting my journey today (what a slack ar*e). I thought I'd make it for the month of August. I weighed in this morning at 66kgs. I'd love to get down to 60kgs, that's my ultimate goal. Since having the kids, my barrier has been the 65kg mark- I have to work my ar*e off to break past that weight.
Think I'm another one to try the 5:2 and LCHF combo.
