Hi ladies, I've been reading along about everyone's stories and progress. You all sound like you have a great plan and are very motivated! I love seeing the food pics!

I'm only starting my journey today (what a slack ar*e). I thought I'd make it for the month of August. I weighed in this morning at 66kgs. I'd love to get down to 60kgs, that's my ultimate goal. Since having the kids, my barrier has been the 65kg mark- I have to work my ar*e off to break past that weight.
Think I'm another one to try the 5:2 and LCHF combo.
    Today:
    B: chai latte
    MT: skim vanilla latte
Not sure about L or D yet. What are you guys eating today?

Today I had 3 slices bacon (rindless shortcut) and 2 eggs on 1 slice of spelt bread for brekkie. Morning tea 2 tbs Greek yoghurt with fresh passionfruit. Lunch a salad of cos, spinach, four bean mix, tuna, varied heirloom tomatoes, alfalfa, snow pea shoots and legume sprouts ["activated" ] with macadamia oil. I did also have a few olives stuffed with gorgonzola...we were picnicking.

Dinner is slow-roasted lamb shoulder with potatoes, braised leek/spinach/peas and Dutch carrots.

I also did my 30 minutes of yoga and walked to and from the park with DS in the park (around 20 minutes total).

How has everyone else gone today?

Made oat and choc chip biscuits for the kids so I had one of each so not great, but the rest of the day was good.
Some natural yoghurt, lentil soup, a pear, an apple, and then those biscuits

I'm feeling terrible.....so bloated, maybe it's just in my head because I've been bad, maybe tmi, but I've also been constipated so not helping.....resisting weighing myself while feeling like this, if I don't like the number it always makes me want to comfort eat :/ anyway tomorrow is another day

    Hope everyone is doing well!!

Been good today so I'm sitting down to a glass of wine. I'm down to 72.5kg in the week since this thread started so I'm so happy.

Another crappy day. Can't even remember it all.

Start of a new week tomorrow, so will weigh in and get started then. Already planned breakfast for tomorrow - porridge with cinnamon and blueberries. I've already got everything set out on the counter that I need for it (except the milk and blueberries), to try and ensure that's what I have. Beyond that, though, who knows.

    How's everyone going?

I didn't have a terrible day yesterday in comparison to what I've been eating for the past 6 months, but I got up to 1500 calories which is not ideal for me in these early stages. I also have not gone to the gym all week!

Going to try to stick to 1200 today.

Last night I cut up a bunch of veggie sticks to be kept in the fridge when I'm peckish. Rockin' Saturday night

I weighed in today at 63.7kg so I have lost 700grams this week.

I stuck to low carb eating which was roughly:

    B eggs
    L meat and veggies
    D meat and veggies

After dinner I snacked on bliss balls or Lindt dark choc (90%).

I went to the gym 4 times and walked to school and back most days.
