Let us know how you go. I hope the GP is able to help you out, whether it be different meds, counselling services or even help with leaving your DH.

he said we will talk about changing my anti depressents but doesnt want to do too much to soon as i need to be weaned off them slowly then have 2 days with nothing then start new ones so he said hes not sure ill cope with that just yet.

THANK YOU so much for all the kind words...it means alot.. i cant and wont tell my mother as she will make it all about her.. past experience has proven that... so THANK YOU all for being the people i can talk to ...

That all sounds promising. I hope the transition to the new meds goes well. Sounds like you have a great GP on your side.

Even if you were once good together for whatever reason things have changed and your relationship is now toxic. It's ok to mourn what you used to have with your DH.

Is there any reason why your DH can't move out? So your daughter doesn't have to move?

No we don't have a house. We moved here 8 yrs ago into the family home. We have no assets. This is my FIL home that my H will inherit one day..

****. On the positive side you know what that your DH pouring oil down your back was unacceptable. You have a great life ahead of you regardless of where you are living at the present/for the next 4 months or so.
