    Default Wedding gift??

    Hi all,

My best friend is getting married next month, they're doing a wishing well instead of gifts but I also wanted to get her something special (I'm missing the hens night ).
Any ideas or what was the most thoughtful gift you've received?

    Thanks!

I got a couple of really thoughtful gifts. One was a Book on Italian cuisine...we honeymooned in Italy so it was amazing to read after we had experienced Italy.

    Where is she honeymooning??

Wat about a new piece of lingere?? Your her bestie so it wouldnt be weird and it will make her feel really sexy and her new hubby will enjoy it too.

Or even a handmade photo collage of all the photos of you and her and maybe some of her hubby too??

My SIL missed my hens night, so she got me a really beautiful jewellery box. I actually love it!

If she hasn't got all the wedding paid off yet you could contribute some money towards something like her photography or honeymoon.
Or- organise a special gift waiting for her and her new husband either in the room after the wedding, or in their hotel room when they arrive on their honeymoon. Think nice champagne, strawberries, dipping chocolate etc.

Something more sentimental that she can keep forever- buy a nice necklace with a pearl on it for her and one for you (or a while strand of pearls- whatever you're into!) and write a nice poem explains you've both got one so when you're both old and grey you can be old ladies and wear your pearls together.
Or some nice stacking rings- pandora do beautiful ones.
Or if you're after something for the home with it being a wedding, is she into anything around the house? Gardening, cooking, sewing, etc? You could get a beautiful tree, a nice platter or something along those lines?
