That's 'cheaper' than doing it in Melb isn't it @emski72? I'm trying to find out if I can do an Intralipid infusion 3 days out from ET. I know they recommend 4-7 days. So if I got a BFP then I'd need to book an apt with Nick. Ta heaps for that tip Em.

Yes much cheaper than melb... Although NL doesnt charge as much as the NSW doctors for them.. I'd book now Tahli if you can for an initial appointment. Do you have known immune issues? I do but didn't bother with intralipids just did clexane, pred, Doxy,

Yeah I do Em...high NK cells (borderline - 13) & MTHFR. On my last cycle with LB I did Pred & Clexane. CFC have recommended Intralipids so I'm trying to figure out whether I can have it done at CFC 3 days out from ET & if they do it on Mondays? I seem to recall from another post that they only do them on certain days...but I could be wrong.

    Not too sure...
BTW with your mthfr you're not taking megafol are you? I was told to take that but latest research suggests this is incorrect, we should be taking L-methylfolate not sure if you can get it here but I ordered mine along with other supplements from iherb in the US and it arrived within a week.

I'm not taking Megafol. My chemist made me up some L-methylfolate but LB wouldn't write a script for it. I'll ask my GP if she can write one instead! I'm just taking Elevit but I know I can't process the folic acid. Ta for looking out for me!

You shouldn't need a script I wouldn't think, its just folate - I'd just get it from iherb if that's the case

Hi Tahli, yes it is $250ish. They told me they only do them on Tuesdays but somebody else said they got it done on a different day so not sure how they wangled that. Anyway I'm getting mine done on the Tuesday and Transfer is on Friday so 3 days is fine. I'll just miss you, I'm getting my transfer on Sep 25th then flying home next day.

Tahli - You were wondering about Intralipid at CFC... They only do them twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursday .. You will need to ask your coordinator to just book the day that suits you. I tried to get mine done on a Monday, but they were very specific about when they do them.

Thanks @leyshoja & @faith15 I'd emailed them & asked them to book me in for intralipids on a Monday. Now that I know they only do them on Tue & Thur I'm guessing they'll book me in for Tue instead. Although transfer (all going well) should be on Wed/Thur. I can only work with the days they do them I guess!
I start the OCP today. Did you girls start Clexane on the same day? It seems like a reeeeeally long time to be injecting Clexane for...it's still 5.5wks til transfer.
