First appt done! Dr H very pleased with lining @ 10mm. Donor going well and on track for EPU on Wed, currently has 15 follies. Picked up meds and when I looked through them I am now confused; 2 different gauge needles. Is it one for drawing up and the othe for injecting? I have only had this before where I have had to mix like Menopur and Luveris.

Yes I'm having Viagra and Wazza has me on estrogen in every possible way, I had three massive injections before I left Australia which sent my oestrogen levels skyrocket but barely impacted my lining. Wazza put me on a trial plan before this one and discovered my body is refractory to HRT.

Tittle! Great to hear from you!
So glad to hear your son is now doing well. I had often wondered how he was doing. I'm sure they were stressful times, but hope it's all behind you now and he remains healthy and happy!

Good for you thinking about going back for FET. That is a big thing to think about as to whether 1 of 2 after you already have 1. Not sure what I would do.

    Anyway. Must get some sleep.
    Take care everyone!

Great news ferngirl and sunnygirl that your linings are so good and our donors are all doing so well!

Sunnygirl yes the thicker gauge is to draw up, then swap the needle and use the thinner one to inject. Good luck!

Ferngirl – It was really good meeting you and DH today. Hope you have a great birthday dinner tonight. I am so glad your lining scan went well, 9mm is really good.

PSS – Sorry I missed you today, I wish I’d known you’d be at CFC, I’d have stuck around for longer. Sorry your lining hasn’t moved as you wanted, but hopefully by the time you do your transfer, it will be where it needs to be. You have a tough call here choosing between following Dr LR’s suggestion and Dr Wazza, but hopefully you’ll get loads of great embies to choose from.

Sunnygirl – Glad all is on track, and congrats on that nice lining.

Sunnygirl -yes one for drawing and the other injecting. When I did it the 21gauge needle (drawing) was green and the 23g needle (injecting) was blue. Basically the longer and fatter needle is to draw and the slightly shorter thinner needle to inject. The higher the gauge of the needle the thinner it is.
